I met up with an old old friend from High School today. We caught up as best we could for having lost touch for ten years... in an hour.

If I had a head for business I would buy into this franchise and have rockstar success because

1. For the first time ever, the people of Seattle would have that burnt tasting coffee they love so much only at half the price of Starbucks

2. Affordable donuts. Sorry Top Pot, $16.00 for 12 donuts...? I don't think so. $4.20  however... fuck yeah. Krispey Kreme and it's 3 flavors? Nope.  Butternut Crunch and Pink frosted though? Can I getta "Amen!"?

3. It's fuckin' pink and orange and open almost 24/7.

Oh and where would it be located? Well, it'd be a mint if it were in the center of downtown but I have a hunch it could do just as well if not better in the U dist because them college kids is po'folk and it just breaks my heart to think what would I have done had DD's not been conveniently located right below my acting class? And across from my rehearsal studios. And next to the cafeteria. And in the student union building. And adjacent to the record store.....

Seriously? You thought starbucks were out of control in Seattle? Visit Boston and see the Dunkies' phenomenon.
